Five years later, when Wendy decided to hang up her apron, she trusted only one family to carry on her legacy — us. She handed over her recipes, her legendary wooden spoon, and one instruction: "Don't you dare change a thing."
We haven't. Three generations now craft every batch with the same devotion, the same Cornish ingredients, and the same impossibly high standards. Wendy still drops in to keep us honest.
