1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed with Nanny Wendy's Fudge Kitchen via nannywendyskitchen.co.uk. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability and we may discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen displays them perfectly.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe; your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

4. Delivery

We dispatch via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery is free on UK orders over £30. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed; risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations and returns

Most of our products are perishable foodstuffs. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods or to personalised items once made. This does not affect your right to a refund or replacement if goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.

For non-perishable items (such as gift vouchers), you have 14 days from receipt to cancel for a full refund, provided the item is unused and resalable. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@nannywendyskitchen.co.ukand we will put it right.

6. Allergens and ingredients

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our fudge is produced in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, soya and gluten. Detailed ingredient and allergen information is available for every product. Customers with severe allergies must be aware that trace amounts may be present.

7. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
