How It's Made
Our fudge is made by hand in three stages: local Cornish ingredients are boiled in traditional copper pans, hand-stirred for three hours, then poured onto cold marble slabs to set. It takes time, patience, and a whole lot of stirring. Step into our kitchen.

The Ingredients
It all starts with the finest local produce. We source rich, fresh clotted cream from Cornish dairies, combined with pure cane sugar and a touch of sea salt. No artificial preservatives, just honest, raw materials.

The Copper Pans
Our fudge is boiled in traditional large copper kettles. Copper conducts heat perfectly, allowing the sugars to caramelise slowly. We hand-stir the bubbling mixture with wooden paddles for three hours until it reaches the perfect temperature.

The Marble Slab
Once the temperature is exactly right, the molten golden fudge is poured directly onto our cold Italian marble slabs. The rapid cooling creates that signature crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth texture that Nanny Wendy's is famous for.
